Cavendish Venues Merry Interesting Fact

“22 Duchess Mews opened its doors on the 10th September 2001, the very next day that venue’s first event and client PMI, Practice Management International, had a sell out event but  little did we know, that morning, what would transpire at 12:46 GMT with the September 11 attacks!

It is a difficult one to digest that given our first ever client had a hugely successful event booked at the Cavendish Conference Centre and yet what we will always remember, and rightly so, from that date was such a catastrophic occurrence.

I am delighted to say that after 24 years and having kept in touch all along this journey and with the same team still at PMI, how amazing is that,   Practice Management International are back!

PMI have always asked us to get a bigger place and having listened to that request for a bigger London Conference Venue, we have , of course, finally opened our new City Centre Conference Venue, notably The Minster Building, on Mincing Lane, EC3.

You see we do listen!

Needless to say that the wonderful team at PMI International have jumped at the chance to book us in 2025 and, even though availability is an issue down to the huge demand of this London Conference Venue, I am thrilled to be welcoming Practice Management International back to us with an expected full house in attendance in the Autumn of 2025.

Communication is vital in the Event Industry and best policy but I am a firm believer of keeping in touch with all our clients, no matter the size or frequency of use, because loyalty is priceless and we are so fortunate to have such loyal clients with over 93% being repeat so it undoubtedly does go to show, even after 24 years, customers do come back.
